ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขรายการส่งเสริมการขาย

1. เงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย

ผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตวีซ่ากสิกรไทย (“ผู้ถือบัตร”) ของ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (“ธนาคาร”) จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ เช่น คูปองส่วนลดค่าอาหาร และ/หรือค่าบริการ (“คูปองส่วนลด”) บนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN เมื่อใช้บริการสั่งอาหารหรือเรียกรถผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ของ บริษัท ไลน์แมน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“LINE MAN”) ครบยอดใช้จ่ายขั้นต่ำตามเงื่อนไขที่ธนาคารกำหนดและชำระค่าอาหารหรือบริการดังกล่าวของ LINE MAN ด้วยบัตรเครดิตวีซ่ากสิกรไทย (“บัตรเครดิต”) ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย โดยผู้ถือบัตรสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายโดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

1.1. LINE MAN Food

1.1.1 ลูกค้าปัจจุบัน: จะได้รับส่วนคูปองส่วนลดค่าอาหารเป็นจำนวนสูงสุด 500 บาท โดย

• กดรับคูปองส่วนลดเพื่อใช้ครั้งถัดไป เมื่อสั่งอาหารมื้อนี้ขั้นต่ำ 500 บาท/คำสั่งซื้อ (ไม่รวมค่าส่ง) และชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิตวีซ่ากสิกรไทย (จำกัด 1 สิทธิ์/ ผู้ถือบัตร/ เดือน)
• รับคูปองส่วนลดค่าอาหาร 125 บาท สำหรับใช้เมื่อสั่งอาหารขั้นต่ำ 500 บาท/คำสั่งซื้อในครั้งถัดไป จำนวน 4 ใบ
• เฉพาะร้านค้าและสาขาที่ร่วมรายการบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN เท่านั้น
• ลูกค้าจะได้รับคูปองส่วนลดบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงภายหลังจากชำระค่าอาหารหรือค่าบริการเสร็จสิ้น โดยจะสามารถใช้คูปองส่วนลดบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ในการซื้ออาหารหรือบริการครั้งถัดไป
• จำกัด 5,000 สิทธิ์ต่อเดือน รวมทั้งสิ้น 20,000 สิทธิ์ ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย
• ผู้ถือบัตรสามารถใช้คูปองส่วนลดได้ภายในระยะเวลา 20 วันนับจากวันที่สั่งอาหารครั้งแรก เช่น สั่งอาหารครั้งแรกในวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 ผู้ถือบัตรต้องใช้คูปองส่วนลดภายในวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2568 เท่านั้น 

1.1.2. ลูกค้าปัจจุบัน: รับส่วนคูปองส่วนลดค่าอาหารมื้อดึกเป็นจำนวนสูงสุด 200 บาท โดย

• กดรับคูปองส่วนลดเพื่อใช้ครั้งถัดไป เมื่อสั่งอาหารมื้อนี้ในช่วงเวลา 20:00 น. – 23:59 น. ขั้นต่ำ 200 บาท/คำสั่งซื้อ (ไม่รวมค่าส่ง) และชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิตวีซ่ากสิกรไทย (จำกัด 1 สิทธิ์/ ผู้ถือบัตร/ เดือน)
• รับคูปองส่วนลดค่าอาหาร 50 บาท สำหรับใช้เมื่อสั่งอาหารในช่วงเวลา 20:00 น. – 23:59 น. ขั้นต่ำ 200 บาท/คำสั่งซื้อในครั้งถัดไป จำนวน 4 ใบ 
• เฉพาะร้านค้าและสาขาที่ร่วมรายการบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN เท่านั้น 
• ลูกค้าจะได้รับคูปองส่วนลดบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงภายหลังจากชำระค่าอาหารหรือค่าบริการเสร็จสิ้น โดยจะสามารถใช้คูปองส่วนลดบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ในการซื้ออาหารหรือบริการครั้งถัดไป
• จำกัด 1,000 สิทธิ์ต่อเดือน รวมทั้งสิ้น 4,000 สิทธิ์ ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย
• ผู้ถือบัตรสามารถใช้คูปองส่วนลดได้ภายในระยะเวลา 20 วันนับจากวันที่สั่งอาหารครั้งแรก เช่น สั่งอาหารครั้งแรกในวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 ผู้ถือบัตรต้องใช้คูปองส่วนลดภายในวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2568 เท่านั้น 

1.1.3. จ่ายด้วยบัตรเครดิตกสิกรไทยครั้งแรก: รับส่วนคูปองส่วนลดค่าอาหารเป็นจำนวน 80 บาท โดย

• สั่งอาหารขั้นต่ำ 250 บาท/คำสั่งซื้อ (ไม่รวมค่าส่ง) และชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิตวีซ่ากสิกรไทยบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ครั้งแรก (ได้รับคูปองส่วนลด 1 ใบ ต่อ 1 สิทธิ์ ต่อ 1 ผู้ถือบัตร ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย)
• เฉพาะร้านค้าและสาขาที่ร่วมรายการบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN เท่านั้น 
• จำกัด 300 สิทธิ์ต่อเดือน รวมทั้งสิ้น 1,200 สิทธิ์ ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย

2. เงื่อนไขทั่วไป

2.1 กรณีมีการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ/บริการบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม หรือ คูปองส่วนลดหมดอายุ จะไม่สามารถขอคืนคูปองส่วนลดได้ทุกกรณี

2.2 โค้ดหรือคูปองส่วนลดจากรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ของ LINE MAN และ/หรือรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ของธนาคาร ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขายนี้ได้

2.3 ผู้ถือบัตรไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิในคูปองส่วนลดและสิทธิประโยชน์ในรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ให้แก่บุคคลอื่น หรือเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลอื่น หรือขอคืนส่วนลดและสิทธิประโยชน์ได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

2.4 หากคูปองส่วนลดที่ได้รับมีมูลค่าน้อยกว่าราคาค่าอาหารจริง ผู้ถือบัตรตกลงเป็นผู้ชำระส่วนต่างของราคาอาหาร หลังหักส่วนลดที่ได้รับแล้ว (ถ้ามี) หากคูปองส่วนลดที่ได้รับมีมูลค่ามากกว่าราคาค่าอาหารจริง ผู้ถือบัตรตกลงและยอมรับว่า ผู้ถือบัตรไม่สามารถขอทอนส่วนต่างราคาจากส่วนลดดังกล่าว หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือขอคืนส่วนลด หรือนำไปเป็นส่วนลดในคำสั่งซื้อในครั้งถัดไปได้

2.5 ในขณะที่ใช้คูปองส่วนลดตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องยังคงสถานะการเป็นผู้ถือบัตร มีสถานะปกติ และไม่มีการผิดนัดชำระหรือผิดเงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรเครดิตและ/หรือเงื่อนไขใด ๆ ของธนาคาร รวมถึงเป็นผู้ใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN มีสถานะปกติและไม่ถูกระงับไม่ว่าชั่วคราวหรือถาวรจากการใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN

2.6 วิธีการคำนวณสิทธิและการให้คูปองส่วนลดเป็นไปตามวิธีการที่ LINE MAN และธนาคารกำหนด และเป็นไปตามข้อมูลที่ LINE MAN และธนาคาร ได้รับผ่านระบบของ LINE MAN และธนาคาร (แล้วแต่กรณี)

2.7 ธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิในการระงับ ยกเลิก เพิกถอน และ/หรือเรียกคืนสิทธิประโยชน์ และคูปองส่วนลดใด ๆ ตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ถือบัตรทราบล่วงหน้า รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (ถ้ามี) หากธนาคารหรือ LINE MAN ตรวจพบว่าผู้ถือบัตรมีคุณสมบัติไม่ถูกต้อง หรือมีการกระทำผิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของธนาคาร หรือมีการใช้สิทธิเข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้โดยทุจริต หรือฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิพิเศษตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ เช่น มีการขอคืน เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกรายการชำระค่าอาหารและ/หรือค่าบริการในภายหลัง

2.8 ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรไม่ได้รับคูปองส่วนลดด้วยเหตุใด ๆ โดยไม่ใช่ความผิดของธนาคารและ LINE MAN ธนาคารและ LINE MAN ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ออกคูปองส่วนลดให้ใหม่ในทุกกรณี

2.9 เงื่อนไขการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN เป็นไปตามที่ LINE MAN กำหนด และเงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรเครดิตเป็นไปตามที่ธนาคารกำหนด ทั้งนี้ ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการให้บริการ กฎ และระเบียบใด ๆ ของการใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN และการใช้บัตรเครดิตของธนาคารทั้งปัจจุบันรวมถึงที่อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต

2.10 ในกรณีที่มีการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติมข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของรายการส่งเสริมการขาย และ/หรือกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัล/สิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากัน และ/หรือยกเลิกรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุใด ๆ ก็ตาม LINE MAN จะแจ้งผ่านทางช่องทางแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN และธนาคารจะประกาศให้ทราบผ่านทางช่องทาง https://www.kasikornbank.com/th/promotion/credit-card/online/Pages/kbankxlineman.aspx

2.11 หากมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN สอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ของ LINE MAN ผ่านช่องทางแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN

2.12 เงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรเครดิตเป็นไปตามที่ธนาคารกำหนด หากมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการใช้บัตรเครดิต สามารถสอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ K-Contact Center โทร. 02-8888888

2.13 ธนาคารไม่ใช่ผู้ผลิต ผู้จัดจำหน่าย หรือผู้ให้บริการ และไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องใด ๆ เกี่ยวกับสินค้า/บริการตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ กรณีผู้ถือบัตรมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสินค้า/บริการ หรือต้องการใบเสร็จหรือ ใบกำกับภาษี กรุณาติดต่อ/สอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมโดยตรงกับผู้ผลิต ผู้จำหน่าย ผู้ให้บริการ และ/หรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการนั้น ๆ

2.14 ผู้ถือบัตรรับทราบและตกลงว่าจะใช้เท่าที่จำเป็นและชำระคืนได้เต็มจำนวนตามกำหนด จะได้ไม่เสียดอกเบี้ย 16% ต่อปี

1. LINE MAN และธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้คูปองส่วนลดเฉพาะผู้ถือบัตรที่กดรับและใช้คูปองส่วนลดก่อนเท่านั้น 

1. คูปองส่วนลดจะจำกัด 1 สิทธิ์/1 ผู้ถือบัตร/1 คูปอง ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย 

2.17 ร้านอาหารที่ร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และบริการที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ให้เป็นไปตามที่ LINE MAN  กำหนด

1. บัตรเครดิตที่ไม่ได้ออกโดย VISA, บัตรเครดิตเพื่อธุรกิจ, บัตรเครดิตนิติบุคคลทุกประเภท ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ได้

2.19 ในกรณีที่มีการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติมข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของรายการส่งเสริมการขาย และ/หรือกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสิทธิประโยชน์/สิทธิพิเศษตามรายการส่งเสริมการขาย และ/หรือยกเลิกรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด ๆ ก็ตาม ธนาคาร และ/หรือ LINE MAN จะประกาศให้ทราบผ่านทางช่องทางที่กำหนดเป็นครั้งคราว

2.20 กรณีมีข้อขัดแย้ง ข้อขัดข้อง หรือข้อพิพาทใด ๆ คำตัดสินของธนาคาร และ/หรือ LINE MAN ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

2.21 ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรไม่ได้รับสิทธิพิเศษจากรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด ๆ โดยไม่ใช่ความผิดของธนาคาร และ/หรือ LINE MAN  ทั้งนี้ ธนาคารและ/หรือ LINE MAN ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่เครดิตเงินคืน,​ คืนเงิน หรือให้สิทธิประโยชน์อื่นใดทุกกรณี

*ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขรายการส่งเสริมการขายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Promotion Period:

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

1. Eligibility for the Promotion
   Holders of a KBank Visa Credit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by Kasikornbank Public Company Limited (“Bank”) are entitled to receive benefits such as discount coupons for food and/or service fees (“Discount Coupons”) on the LINE MAN application when ordering food or booking a ride through the LINE MAN application operated by LINE MAN (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“LINE MAN”). The promotion applies when the Cardholder meets the minimum spending requirement set by the Bank and makes payment for the food or service via their KBank Visa Credit Card (“Credit Card”) during the promotion period. Cardholders can participate in the promotion under the following conditions:

1.1.1 Existing Customers:

Customers will receive food discount coupons save up to 500 THB by:

• Get discount coupons for the next purchase when ordering food with a minimum spend of 500 THB per order (excluding delivery fees) and paying with a KBank Visa credit card (limited to 1 privilege per cardholder per month).
• Receiving 4 discount coupons of 125 THB each for use on the next purchase with a minimum spend of 500 THB per order.
• Applicable only to participating stores and branches on the LINE MAN application.
• Discount coupons will be credited to the LINE MAN app within 48 hours after completing the payment.
• The coupons are valid for 20 days from the date of the first order. For example, if the first order is placed on April 1, 2025, the coupon must be used by April 20, 2025.
• Limited to 5,000 redemptions per month (total of 20,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period).

1.1.2 Existing Customers: Late Night Meal Discount

Customers will receive food discount coupons worth up to 200 THB by:

• Claiming discount coupons for the next purchase when ordering food during 8:00 PM – 11:59 PM with a minimum spend of 200 THB per order (excluding delivery fees) and paying with a KBank Visa credit card (limited to 1 privilege per cardholder per month).
• Receiving 4 discount coupons of 50 THB each for use on the next purchase during 8:00 PM – 11:59 PM with a minimum spend of 200 THB per order.
• Applicable only to participating stores and branches on the LINE MAN application.
• Discount coupons will be credited to the LINE MAN app within 48 hours after completing the payment.
• The coupons are valid for 20 days from the date of the first order.
• Limited to 1,000 redemptions per month (total of 4,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period).

1.1.3 First-Time Payment with KBank Visa Credit Card

Customers will receive a food discount coupon worth 80 THB by:

• Placing a food order with a minimum spend of 250 THB per order (excluding delivery fees) and paying with a KBank Visa credit card for the first time on the LINE MAN application.
• Receiving 1 discount coupon (limited to 1 privilege per cardholder throughout the promotion period).
• Applicable only to participating stores and branches on the LINE MAN application.
• Limited to 300 redemptions per month (total of 1,200 redemptions throughout the promotion period).

2. General Terms & Conditions

2.1 Order Cancellation & Expiry: If an order is canceled for any reason or the discount coupon expires, the coupon cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

2.2 Non-Combination: The discount codes or coupons from this promotion cannot be combined with other LINE MAN promotions or bank promotions during the campaign period.

2.3 Non-Transferable: The coupon benefits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, changed, or refunded.

2.4 Coupon Value Adjustments:

• If the coupon value is less than the total food price, the cardholder agrees to pay the difference.
• If the coupon value exceeds the total food price, the excess value cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or applied to future purchases.

2.5 Eligibility:

• The cardholder must maintain an active KBank Visa credit card and not have any overdue payments or violations of the bank’s terms.
• The cardholder must also have an active LINE MAN account that has not been temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.6 Coupon Calculation & Issuance: The calculation and issuance of discount coupons are determined by LINE MAN and the bank, based on data received from LINE MAN’s and the bank’s systems.

2.7 Right to Revoke Privileges:

• LINE MAN and the bank reserve the right to suspend, cancel, withdraw, or revoke the privileges at any time without prior notice.
• If any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abuse of the promotion is detected, LINE MAN and the bank may revoke privileges and claim damages if necessary.

2.8 No Reissuance: If a customer fails to receive a coupon for any reason that is not caused by the bank or LINE MAN, the coupon will not be reissued.

2.9 App & Card Terms Compliance:

• The usage of the LINE MAN app must follow LINE MAN’s terms.
• The usage of KBank Visa credit cards must follow the bank’s terms.

2.10 Changes to Promotion:

• LINE MAN may announce changes through the LINE MAN app.
• The bank will update its official website: KBank x LINE MAN Promotion.

2.11 Customer Support:

• For LINE MAN app inquiries, contact LINE MAN customer support via the LINE MAN app.
• For credit card inquiries, contact K-Contact Center at 02-8888888.

2.12 Bank’s Limited Role:

• The bank is not responsible for the production, sale, or quality of the food/services.
• For receipts, tax invoices, or product complaints, please contact the restaurant or service provider directly.

2.13 Interest-Free Repayment:

• Customers must pay in full on time to avoid 16% annual interest charges.

2.14 Coupon Redemption Rules:

• Coupons are only available to those who claim and use them first.
• Limited to 1 coupon per cardholder per campaign period.

2.15 Participating Stores & Services: Determined by LINE MAN.

2.16 Ineligible Cards:

• Non-VISA credit cards, business credit cards, and corporate credit cards are not eligible for this promotion.

2.17 Final Decision Authority:

• In case of any disputes or conflicts, the decision of the bank and/or LINE MAN is final.

2.18 No Compensation for Missed Benefits:

• If a cardholder fails to receive the promotional benefits for reasons not caused by the bank or LINE MAN, there will be no cashback, refunds, or alternative benefits.
