เงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติม

1. LINE Pay, LINE MAN และธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้คูปองส่วนลดเฉพาะผู้ถือบัตรที่กดรับและใช้คูปองส่วนลดก่อนเท่านั้น
2. กรณีมีการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ/บริการบนแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม หรือ คูปองส่วนลดหมดอายุ จะไม่สามารถขอคืนคูปองส่วนลดได้ทุกกรณี
3. โค้ดหรือคูปองส่วนลดจากรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ของ LINE Pay, LINE MAN และ/หรือรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ของธนาคาร ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขายนี้ได้
4. ผู้ถือบัตรไม่สามารถขายหรือโอนสิทธิ์ในคูปองส่วนลดและสิทธิประโยชน์ในรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ให้แก่บุคคลอื่น หรือเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลอื่น หรือขอคืนส่วนลดและสิทธิประโยชน์ได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
5. หากคูปองส่วนลดที่ได้รับมีมูลค่าน้อยกว่าราคาค่าอาหารจริง ผู้ถือบัตรตกลงเป็นผู้ชำระส่วนต่างของราคาอาหาร หลังหักส่วนลดที่ได้รับแล้ว (ถ้ามี) หากคูปองส่วนลดที่ได้รับมีมูลค่ามากกว่าราคาค่าอาหารจริง ผู้ถือบัตรตกลงและยอมรับว่า ผู้ถือบัตรไม่สามารถขอทอนส่วนต่างราคาจากส่วนลดดังกล่าว หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือขอคืนส่วนลด หรือนำไปเป็นส่วนลดในคำสั่งซื้อในครั้งถัดไปได้
6. ธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิในการระงับ ยกเลิก เพิกถอน และ/หรือเรียกคืนสิทธิประโยชน์ และคูปองส่วนลดใด ๆ ตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ถือบัตรทราบล่วงหน้า รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (ถ้ามี) หาก LINE Pay, LINE MAN หรือธนาคาร ตรวจพบว่าผู้ถือบัตรมีคุณสมบัติไม่ถูกต้อง หรือมีการกระทำผิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของธนาคาร หรือมีการใช้สิทธิเข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้โดยทุจริต หรือฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิพิเศษตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ เช่น มีการขอคืน เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกรายการชำระค่าอาหารและ/หรือค่าบริการในภายหลัง
7. ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรไม่ได้รับคูปองส่วนลดด้วยเหตุใด ๆ โดยไม่ใช่ความผิดของ LINE Pay, LINE MAN และธนาคาร LINE Pay, LINE MAN และธนาคาร ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ออกคูปองส่วนลดให้ใหม่ในทุกกรณี

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. LINE Pay, LINE MAN, and the Bank reserve the right to provide discount coupons only to cardholders who have successfully claimed and used the discount coupon in advance.
2. In the event of any cancellation of an order/service on the LINE MAN application for any reason, or if the discount coupon expires, the discount coupon cannot be reissued or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Discount codes or coupons from this promotional campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional campaigns of LINE Pay, LINE MAN, and/or the Bank during the promotional period.
4. Cardholders are not permitted to sell, transfer, exchange, convert into cash, request a refund, or substitute the discount coupon or any benefits from this promotion for other rewards under any circumstances.
5. If the value of the discount coupon is less than the actual food price, the cardholder agrees to pay the remaining balance after the discount is applied (if any). If the discount coupon value is greater than the actual food price, the cardholder agrees and accepts that no refund, cash redemption, exchange, or application of the remaining discount value to future orders will be allowed.
6. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, revoke, and/or reclaim any benefits or discount coupons, in whole or in part, without prior notice, as well as claim damages (if any), if LINE Pay, LINE MAN, or the Bank detect that the cardholder does not meet the eligibility criteria, violates the Bank’s terms and conditions, or participates in the promotion fraudulently or dishonestly in order to gain benefits. This includes, but is not limited to, refunds, changes, or cancellations of food/service payments afterward.
7. In cases where cardholders do not receive discount coupons for any reason not attributable to LINE Pay, LINE MAN, or the Bank, the parties reserve the right not to reissue the discount coupon under any circumstances.
8. Details of the benefits are subject to the terms and conditions set by LINE Pay, LINE MAN, and the Bank.
